CREAMY VEGGIE SOUP Modified this recipe like this: Added 2 bulbs garlic with the onion (plus 1T olive oil in addition to the butter). Used about 7 cups of chopped kohlrabi, carrot, broccoli and potato (didn't weight them). Used 4 cups chicken broth (since that's what I had) and 4 cups milk due to the extra veggies. Added dried rosemary, parsley and extra italian seasoning when adding bay leaf (eyeballed it). Garnished with sunflower seeds, parm cheese @Hope Bowen . Kinda sort of..
