Do this 3 times through and see how good you feel after. I'm tellin ya, it's worth it :) Most of these are pretty self explanatory except the Long Jump: 1. Stand with feet together and make sure you have plenty of space in front of you. 2. Lower into a squat and jump forward as far as you can in an explosive movement. 3.
