Strawberry Banana Oats Ingredients: 1/2 c. rolled oats (not quick cooking) 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt 2/3 c. milk 1 tbsp. chia seeds 2-2 1/2 tbsp. strawberry jam 1 small banana, mashed Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in the desired mix-ins and enjoy.

Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.

S'more trail mix. 4 cups Golden Grahams cereal 3 cups mini marshmallows 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or M’s, if you want to add in more color)

Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon...it's like crack

Ice cream without the guilt. Nothing but frozen bananas, spoonful of peanut butter and spoonful of cocoa!

Those packages of pre-sliced apples you can buy at store are great for a healthy snack on the go but the price can add up. Make your own by slicing apples, soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then soak in a lemon-lime carbonated soda (such as 7-up or sprite) for 3-5 minutes. Divide into snack size portions and store in Ziploc bags in the fridge. The lemon-lime soda will keep the apples from browning and make them last longer.

2 c raw almonds, 3 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 4 tbs honey, 1 tsp vanilla, sea salt. Bake at 325 for 20 min.
