Stovetop Pork Carnitas. Also great in the crockpot 8 to 10 hours on low. I usually cut up a small orange and throw it in rind and all. When done, drain juices, cut off any excess fat and chop up or shred. Then I put under the broiler to get it crispy on browned on the outer edges. Yum! Great on top of a salad with homemade Pico de Gallo and sour cream or with eggs or coleslaw.
