Carb Free Cloud Bread. (made with cottage cheese and eggs = protein). These are super simple to make, and taste like a soft waffle. I used a tsp of cane sugar instead of artificial sweetener. Great reheated with a little drizzle of grade B maple syrup for a quick breakfast.
