Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Dip 2 tbs olive oil 3 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces 8 oz sour cream 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese (or 3/4 cup Parmesan and 3/4 cup Mozzarella) 1/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce 2/3 cup IPA beer 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbs cornstarch ½ cup mozzarella, shredded ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Beer Mac and Cheese. To use with E Homebrew! (Sidenote-Kyle looked at the recipe and explained that we need to be choosy about the type of beer. E.g. Cooking with hoppy beers brings out the hops--probably not so good for m).
Beer Braised Brats - Cooking brats in beer before grilling adds flavor and keeps them from burning on the outside before they're cooked on the inside. They're great for a backyard barbecue. Instead of the cranberry relish here we use saurkraut or cole slaw and dill pickle.
