Jiaozi (Chinese Dumplings)

    I can totally vouch for these dumplings! Sooo easy to make and the best tasting I have ever had. My son loves to order them at Chinese restaurants and I taste them once in a while, but never really liked them, so I was planning to make something else for myself to eat. But, it took quite a while to make them (1 1/2 hours), so I was kinda sick of cooking and just ate one of them. That was all it took. I them proceeded to have 4 more! The only thing I did differently was with the sauce. I didn't have the peppers or the chili oil, so I used Thai Sweet Chili Sauce in place of it and it was awesome. I also left out the onion because my kids aren't fond. We, as a family of four, ate the whole batch. Nice recipe. Definitely a keeper!
