Crazy Sexy Kitchen's Sage Polenta with Nana's Marinara- I did it with boiled brussels sprouts, kalamata olives, tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, fresh sage on sliced buttered polenta, garlic / onion / basil / pepper powder, and fresh basil (about a quart). Delicious! Baked at 350 for 45 minutes and served with greens cooked with tons of herbs from the garden, caramelized onion, garlic powder, lemon juice, 4 splashes of tamari, and water.
