"We wanted to be accessible to everyone, regardless of income or access to a gym," says Daniel.     I do your workouts about 4x a week as do my parents, sister, and fiance! They're perfect - but I do have a suggestion! What about saying exactly what muscles each exercise works while we're doing it?

    Ex. I love ski squats but I'd like to hear about what benefits they serve in relation to regular squats. It would be great to hear all the muscles I'm toning and strengthening while I'm doing a challenging exercise. It could be informative for someone who doesn't know a lot about the different muscle groups and also really motivating to hear! thanks for EVERYTHING you two do!
