30 Minute Clean Thai Turkey Zucchini Meatballs - go easy on the coconut sauce and you have a beautiful healthy dish. Possibly substitute turkey for chicken. I also subsituted fishsauce with ketjap manis, just because I didn't have any fishsauce around. I combined it with steamed broccoli and a quinoa salad. Enjoy!
