My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low.

Banana Bread Protein Muffins: Ingredients: 1 small banana 3/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt 3/4 cup oats 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup sweetener of choice 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.. 2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (or food processor), and blend until mixture is smooth. 3. Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Smelled great but zero taste :(

Use MARSHMALLOW CREME in place of BUTTER in frosting recipes. One serving of marshmallow creme has no fat or cholesterol, compared with the 11.5 grams of fat & 31 mg of cholesterol in one serving of butter. Marshmallow creme will also give your frosting a sweetened taste & thicker consistency. Since it is sweeter than butter, add it gradually. You may not need to use equal amounts. SO COOL!
