Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
Crock Pot Cashew Chicken: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, 1/2 t pepper, 1/4 c soy sauce, 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 cup cashews. Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, pepper and pepper flakes in small bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice.

Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel!
