Can't tell they're low fat brownies! The rich chocolate taste comes from pureed prunes and cocoa powder. I've made these with different substitutions: I halved the sugar and replaced it with agave or honey, added dark chocolate chips and more cocoa powder for an extra chocolate kick, and used oat bran instead of flour and they were ridiculously amazing! Even better served warm with ice cream and sliced bananas :)
