In an a electric mixer mix eggs, pie filling, vanilla & applesauce until smooth. Slowly add dry ingredients & mix until smooth. Scoop 1/3 cup of batter into each muffin pan cup w/ liners. Bake for 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Use only 1tb of flour to thicken. Be sure to dissolve the flour by shaking it with warm water in a tupperwear then pouring it through a fine strainer.
