Weight Watchers 0 Point Tortilla Soup. Use veggie bullion instead of chicken broth. Use half the amount of bullion that they recommend for 4 cups of water. Add the flour at the end. Use only 1tb of flour to thicken. Be sure to dissolve the flour by shaking it with warm water in a tupperwear then pouring it through a fine strainer.
