Black paper, gold or silver pen and bouncy balls from the party store. What kid wouldn't love this Valentine.
Salad Spinner Art : pink paper placed in salad spinner. Dollop on red and white paint, replace the lid and let child spin away. Open up to see your beautiful art.
Crayon Shaving Hearts : tried these this year. Messy but super cute! Figured out you need lots of old towels (to protect your ironing board), use a larger piece of wax paper than you think, the thinner the sprinkling of wax the better. I also grated pink/purple/red crayons all together, but I would keep them separate next time.
cardboard covered in tinfoil + thinned down white glue painted with foam brush + tissue paper squares.
