Rosemary Lemonade, makes 5-6 servings 5-6 lemons 3-4 sprigs of rosemary 1 cup sugar 6 cups water In a small pot combine 1 1/2 cups water with 1 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved turn off the heat and throw in a sprig of rosemary. Allow that it sit until the water has cooled. Discard the rosemary sprig.

Earl Grey-Infused Gin - 1/4 cup of loose earl grey tea leaves and 500 mL of room-temperature gin. Steep for approx. 2 hrs before straining through cheesecloth. Recipe, 1 1/2 ounces of infused gin, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of 'simple syrup' to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour it all into a tall glass and top it off with a splash of club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge
