Pumpkin Dump Cake - 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree (not pie mix) 1 yellow cake mix 1 12 oz can evaporate milk 3 large eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted Preheat oven to 350. Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Pour pumpkin mixture into bottom. Top w/ DRY cake mix evenly. Sprinkle w/ pecans. Pour butter on top. Do NOT mix. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
