21-Day Detox Food Diary
Here's every last thing I consumed doing a 21-day Detox Challenge to get slimmer, lose actual blubber and change the way I eat. Lost 6 pounds - more than 3 of those were pure fat! I'm continuing to post detox-worthy foods on this board so we'll all have some variety for the next detox endeavor.
I'm so impressed with how detox-worthy these are for weeks 2 & 3. Do read this blogger's disclaimers for the recipe - sounds like some might not like the texture which is more like French toast than pancakes.
