Crock Pot Ribs- omg! soooo good! and the kids loved them, too. I did improvise on the recipe, added a cup of dr pepper to the bottle of sauce to get all the sauce out ;) and added some garlic salt plus some other good New Orleans spices...and when she says to not skip the broiler part, she is so right!

Crock Pot Granola! Who knew?! This is the best granola I have made yet. I stirred every 30 minutes the first hour, then didn't for an hour and it got a little crispy on bottom, so stir it girls. I also added double honey and butter so it would clump more as recipe suggests. I didn't have the suggested nuts so used pecans and it is delish!
