It contains only 2 ingredients - bananas and raspberries.Peel bananas, chop into chunks and freeze overnight. Freeze berries overnight. Next day remove from freezer and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place bananas and raspberries into Vitamix or blender and process until smooth.
