Coconut Custard Cake - We love this cake!!! I like making it for Sunday dinner. The coconut flour makes it GF and super coconutty. We prefer it without the chocolate chips. Best part? It's a one bowl cake, so there are less dishes! I usually sub coconut oil for the butter and I use honey granules instead of liquid honey.
