Pappasito's Copy Cat Salsa. Has that roasted veggie flavor. What I LOVE about this recipe, is that you can make it chunky or pulse longer to chop those veggies, if you don't like chunks. Serve warm, just like they do at Pappasito's. Been making this recipe for about 4 years.

Stopped buying the jar stuff once I tasted this homemade salsa. Simple and delicious - click for recipe

***DANGER***This recipe came from someone who actually worked at a Mexican restaurant and passed along this recipe on how to make Queso Blanco Dip (white cheese dip) like they do in their restaurant. Hallelujah!!!!!

Let me introduce you to the easiest salsa you've ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner. This is perfect for the winter months when tomatoes aren't in season but you're craving a fresh simple appetizer. It's a go to recipe of mine when we have a houseful of guests. I can throw it togeth

Great homemade Salsa: * 2 cans of diced tomatoes * 1 little can of diced green chiles * 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped * 1 clove of garlic, minced, or garlic powder * 3-4 whole green onions (stem included) chopped up * Couple shakes of red pepper flakes * 1 tsp of salt Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes. Delicious! - Tastes just like restaurant salsa!
