Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower ½ c rice flour, ½ c water, pinch salt, dash Franks red hot. Mix, dip cauliflower and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 mins (till coating hardens), then brush with sauce mixture [1/4 c Franks, ¼ c oil, salt] bake a few more mins –till crispy.
