OMG The easiest dessert ever and it was healthy only 80 calories and 1.25 grams of fat. Spray your coffee mug with PAM add 1/4 cup of cake mix (any flavor) and 2 Tablespoons of diet soda (any flavor) stir together in the mug and microwave for 1 minute. Its amazing!!!
homemade pumpkin chai Ingredients 1/2 Cup Chai Concentrate (Could brew your own chai if you wanted!) 1/2 Cup Almond Milk 1 Tbs Pumpkin Puree Instructions Mix Chai and Pumpkin together, heat up either by microwave for 1 minute or slowly on the stovetop Put Milk in a glass container with a lid. Shake it up (This mades it frothy!) Heat up milk for 30 seconds-1 minute. Mix all together and enjoy!
