Pie Fries **** Cut pie crust (or pie crust scraps) into strips with a fluted pastry wheel. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and suger. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Eat "as is" or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting. Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus with Feta:Drizzle asparagus with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Wrap a bundle of 2-3 asparagus spears in a slice of thin cut bacon. Place on a jelly roll pan or cake pan that has been covered with aluminum foil for easy clean-up. Note: Make sure you use a tray or sheet with an edge to catch the bacon grease.
