1 Jar Miracle Whip, 2-4 Habenero's, 1 Serano pepper. Place peppers into a food processor to chop finely, place mixture into jar of miracle whip then insert electric mixer into jar and mix thoroughly. This is not as hot as you think it is. Very flavorful.
Spicy Mexican Corn Dish "Elote Picoso" 16 oz bag of frozen corn or 2 cans drained, 1 sm can roasted red chilies, finely diced 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chile powder, 1 tsp serano chile finely diced, 1 T oil, salt to taste. Heat oile in saucepan over m heat, add corn and let heat for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle in seasonings and chiles and cook for 5 more mins.
Fresh Salsa Recipe. I use 4 tomatoes (seeded, unpeeled), 3-4 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped jalapeno, 3 tbsp minced cilantro, juice of 1/2 lime, salt and pepper. Mix and let sit for a few hours in the fridge before serving for optimal flavour. Serano pepper works just as well.
