Rockefeller Center - New York City, New York 'Italia and the Immigrant' by Giacomo Manzu Giovanni Agnelli and Fiat donated this bronze plaque to Rockefeller Center in 1963. The panel of 'Italia and the Immigrant' was designed by Giacomo Manzu. The grapevine and shafts of wheat represent the bounty of Italy. It was cast in Milan.

Grace Church - New York City - Exterior - James Renwick Jr Architect - Grace Episcopal Church located at Broadway and East 10th St. in Manhattan is one of New York's more beautiful and historic churches. The parish dates from 1809. It was originally located across from the Old Trinity Church in lower Manhattan. Although fully independent, Grace is an outgrowth of Trinity. Grace Church - NYC - Thomas House Taylor the fourth Rector of Grace came to New York from South Carolina in 1834. He persuaded the church to expand north and to undertake the new building. James Renwick Jr. (the architect) was only 24 when he was selected to design the church and it was his first. He was connected however. His father a professor of engineering at Columbia University was a member of the board of Grace. Renwick Jr. was himself a member of Grace. He had never seen a Gothic ......
