Bubble Pizza - i made this tonight with pepperoni and diced green peppers. i sprinkled garlic and onion powder over it before I added the sauce. I also used shredded cheddar because we were out of mozzarella. but man, was this good! my husband already wants it again :)

Parmesan roasted cauliflower, Biggest Loser recipe.1 1/2 cups cauliflower 2 tsp Parm 1 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper Salt 1 tsp evoo 425F. cauliflower, cheese, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. Season to taste with salt. Drizzle on the oil and toss again. Bake 15 to 17 mins, tossing once. 3 half-cup servings Serving: 104 calories, 4 g protein, 11 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat, less than 1 g saturated, 5 mg cholesterol, 4 g fiber, 121 mg sodium
Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pizza .... Very good and easy to make! 1 roll of cookie dough... press it into a pan of your choice.... then bake until golden about 20 minutes .... cool... then spread a 1/2 gallon of ice cream on top... (I put crumbled cookies on top instead of dough) Freeze and then eat
