Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Gorgonzola Sauce Recipe; i added spinach once, and then kale & leeks the next time. It's REALLY good. I've used Gorgonzola and blue cheese and definitely preferred it with blue cheese. I also used half & half instead of heavy cream to cut the calories. You could add a little flour or corn starch to thicken it up.
