Pumpkin Loaf with Maple Glaze--> I know it's a little late for me to get into pumpkin season, but HOLY MOLY was this a good one! The loaf is moist (hate that word) and flavorful, and it is not overwhelmingly pumpkin. And the glaze....this is the kind of glaze you pick off the plate and eat on its own. I want to add it to everything. Just...everything. Such a good recipe! Don't change a thing.
