Chocolate Chia Pudding. This quick, delicious, and healthy snack is wonderful. Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, about 2 tbs agave nectar, 1 tbs cocoa powder, and 2 tbs chia seeds. Combine ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes or more. The chia seeds will grow and puff up (used milled chia seeds for best results) and the consistency is like pudding. It's shocking that this delight is healthy!
