a cool way to make a tiny library of your own. take one small closet, put in shelves and cut out part of the door and put in glass. Yep, great idea, but who ever has enough closets... awhh, maybe someday!
not only beautiful, but the desk against the book shelf/case is good. I don't usually position furniture like this, but a great reminder that it can be effective!
suppose it's a book shop, but fantastic color; chairs are great.
comfy sofa - good books; nice room: clean lines: usable: 'real'.
"Lignin, the stuff that prevents all trees from adopting the weeping habit, is a polymer made up of units that are closely related to vanillin. When made into paper and stored for years, it breaks down and smells good. Which is how divine providence has arranged for secondhand bookstores to smell like good quality vanilla absolute, subliminally stoking a hunger for knowledge in all of us."
I 'heart' it.
saw this photo in an Australian magazine, and I believe the home is in Sydney, but you could recreate in a less formal format.
