Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast casserole. 12 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1 lb breakfast sausage, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 can 8 oz crescent rolls, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese. Heat oven to 375. Beat eggs & milk, brown sausage. When cooked add cream cheese and stir to combine. Add egg mixture.Take an ungreased 13X9 baking dish amd press down 1 can unrolled rolls. Pour egg and sausage mixture on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and top with remaining rolls. Bake for 25 minutes.

I have made this many times and it's most yummy!! ~Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.
