Paleo Shepherds Pie (w few tweaks) - 1lb ground beef sauteed with onion, garlic & Worcestershire sauce. In seperate pan, sautee frozen okra (get rid of slime). Add beef mix, okra, frozen peas & carrots plus more Worcestershire and beef broth. Bring to boil & the let simmer. Topping = mix of cauli & sweet potatoes.
Paleo Pot Pie. Made it tonight and my boys loved it!
One small tub of nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt with two tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Tried this tonight and it was AMAZING!!!

Easy, healthy homemade fruit snacks! 1st batch was ok. Kids thought it was very plan tasting. Used unflavored gelatin 2nd batch-used flavored gelatin and they ate it up.
Overnight Peaches and Cream French Toast Did this one yesterday...it was SOO good. I doubled the heavy cream which really made it amazing!
Chicken and Dumplings in crockpot. I make my dumplings with refrigerator biscuits as well but I roll them out in flour and drop them into the already finished stew at a low boil. I would still use bone-in chicken and homemade broth (I also like chopped carrots and frozen peas, yum!) but this sounds so much less labor-intesive than using the big stock pot!! Eager to try this!
2 Bean Southwestern Chicken Clean Eating Slow Cooker recipes 4-8oz boneless/ skinless chicken breasts into crockpot; add 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa +1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice; layer 1-15 oz. can pinto beans, rinse/ drain +1-15 oz. can black beans, rinse/ drain; +1# froz./ thawed organic corn (avoids GMO corn). Cook low 5-7 hrs. until chicken falls apart when stirred. Looks yummy

Grilled cabbage. If you have never had it grilled you are missing out! Cut a head into 4~6 peices, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, and top with bacon if desired. I also season it with season salt. (Adapt)

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. layer of sour cream. Top with the seasoned stuffing and dot with the butter.Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes for chicken tenders or up to an hour for chicken breasts.
