The Buffalo Gold - Foggy Ridge Cider Pippin Gold, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Grenadine, Ginger Ale, Cherry.
Apple Rye Punch - Fresh Cider, Hard Cider, Rye Whiskey, Angostura Bitters (or Maple Bitters)
Major Tom - 1 oz premium vodka, 1 oz Cointreau, 3 oz Ginger Ale, 4.5 oz Leprechaun Dry Cider. Pour Leprechaun Cider and Ginger ale into glass with ice. Then mix Vodka and Cointreau in mixer with ice. Shake until chilled then strain over rocks into glass of Leprechaun Cider.

Persimmon Rum Punch - Light Rum, Dark Rum, Hard Cider, Liquid Smoke, Persimmon Syrup (Persimmons, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice)
"Slider" - Cider mixed with the leftover sloes from Sloe Gin

Harvest Moon 1.5 oz Jim Beam Devil's Cut Bourbon 0.5 oz peach liqueur 3 oz lemonade 2 oz Blue Moon beer (or hard cider for more tartness) Garnish: lemon wedge Directions: Combine bourbon, peach liqueur and lemonade in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with beer (or cider) and stir well. Serve with lemon wedge.
