Perfect Mashed Potatoes - we all know how to make them, but I wanted to see what this video/recipe had to offer. I followed it to a T including leaving the potatoes in large pieces rather than a bunch of smaller chunks, and simmering rather than boiling. These turned out great and my family loved them! The basic recipe is pretty much the same but it's all in the technique. My own tip that isn't mentioned is to warm the milk first. Definitely worth your time to check out. A+ from me.
