dreamy nighttime drink. 1 cup milk, 1 tsp honey, 2 drops vanilla extract, 1 pinch ground cinnamon. Pour milk into a microwave safe mug & place into microwave. cook on high until the milk is very hot & begins to foam, about 3 minutes. stir in honey & vanilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Summer breakfast. I think so! Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake: 2 handfuls ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee, and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk - enjoy!!!

I love that drink! 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Oregon Chai Tea Latte 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon Pour unsweetened almond milk in a microwave safe cup, add chai over milk and top with cinnamon. mix it well. warm up the milk and chai for a hot Chai tea latte!
