One Head Cauliflower A Steamer Bag 3 Tbsps Parmesan Cheese 1 Avocado 1 Tbsp Garlic Onion Seasoning 3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt Use steamer bag to steam cauliflower. Mash the steamed cauliflower with a fork. Add Greek yogurt and seasoning to the cauliflower and mix. Dice avocado and mix it into the mash. Add Parmesan and mix in lightly.
Pineapple, soy sauce and brown sugar deliciousness! I followed the recipe, but made it more like a stir fry--slicing chicken into strips, marinating, and cooked in the wok. I boiled the extra marinade, added a little cornstarch to thicken, and drizzled it over. The sauce is so simple, but it's the key to the delicious flavor! Crispy Smashed Potatoes - love these! Boil potatoes in water until completely cooked through (can poke all the way in easily). Let cool for 10min. Smash the potatoes w/ a cup, coat with olive oil and spices. Bake for another 15min on top rack, then 30min in middle rack - try this with purple potatoes
