Crockpot Breakfast Casserole: 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns, 12 eggs, 1 cup milk, 16 oz. roll sausage, 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese. Mix in a bowl: eggs, milk and any other spices as desired. Cook sausage, drain. Spray crockpot, add hashbrowns, sausage, (mushrooms, olives, onions, and so on as desired), the cheese and finally egg mixture. Mix evenly. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Apple Pie Oatmeal...Serving for 1...1 apple, chopped (skins on opt), 1 c water, 1/2 c quick cooking oats, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg...Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the oats, apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Adjust heat to low, simmer 2-3 min. Serve with a splash of milk and a little or a lot of brown sugar sprinkled on top.
