Mashed potatoes, mixed with butter and bacon, chives, spices, cheese. Stuff into a greased muffin tin and "fork" down the tops. Brush on melted butter or olive oil and bake at 375F until the tops are crispy and golden brown.

So THIS is how you make them crispy! Super crispy sweet potato fries - soak in water for 30 minutes, toss in cornstarch, drizzle with olive oil, bake 15 minutes at 425, flip and bake 5 more minutes.

This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Potatoes baked in Chicken Broth, Garlic and Butter, SO GOOD! They get crispy on the bottom but stay fluffy inside. Chocked full of flavor.
