Fit and Healthy with Debbie: Grilled tilapia with brown rice and roasted veggies

Garlic Shrimp Pasta: 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed 1 lb spaghetti noodles (more or less, depending on family size) 6 -8 garlic cloves, according to personal taste, minced 1/4 cup butter olive oil (3 drizzles) italian seasoning fresh ground pepper red pepper flakes salt herbs (according to taste)

Soy sauce & brown sugar salmon marinade. This is the only salmon recipe I use. I wrap it in foil and bake at 425° for approx. 15 minutes. Moist and delicious.

Gotta try this! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste.

Italian Shrimp Bake: serve w crusty bread to soak up the lemon butter sauce or serve over pasta.

Parmesan Tilapia. This was a huge hit in our house.
