Super easy peanut butter granola: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 cup oats. Preheat oven to 325, combine PB and honey and microwave until melted. Add cinnamon and vanilla to mixture. Add oats. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 7-8 minutes. Yum!
