CHICKEN PARM preheat oven to 450. mix together 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons parmesean. Brush chicken with olive oil and dip into breadcrumb mixture. Spray a little more oil on top, bake for 20, flip, bake for 5. Remove from oven, coat with sauce and one slice of mozzarella or shredded mozzarella. Bake until cheese melts.
