Crockpot Pineapple Chicken Recipe ~ Chop 1 medium onion and place in crock pot. Place 3-4 Chicken Breasts on top of onion. Add a can of pineapple (juice and all) over the chicken. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/2 cup chicken broth on top of everything. Cover and cook on HIGH in the crockpot for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice and with a steamed veggie. #recipe #healthy #delicious
