Work It Out
5:30 a.m. is my workout time monday through wednesday. Thursday & Friday I workout around 8:00 a.m. but its ALWAYS in the morning because fat is most likely to shed if you workout first thing before breakfast. I feel more energized & refreshed during the day & I don't feel as bad after an hour cardio session when I eat that bagel halve with a little extra cream cheese :) -Paul
