Simple No-beans Hummus Recipe - LOVE IT! 2 Small Zucchini (Peeled and Chopped) 3/4 Cup Raw Tahini 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 4 Garlic Cloves 2 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin 1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Serve with raw veggies.

Nonetheless, these were delicious. If you've never had a baked sweet potato, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. This is a great way to prepare them. Delicious!
