Breakfast Green #Smoothie: 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 cup spinach, 1 tbsp honey
Five almonds, one red apple, one banana, 3/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of nonfat milk (I'd use unsweetened vanilla almond milk), and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon! Happy Fall!
