*Use student photos on Writing Conventions Anchor Charts* Teacher takes pics of the kids the first week of school and prints out several copies of each. She glues a photo next to the rule. She said that each rule becomes that child's rule and they never ever forget it!

Keeping Track of Anchor Charts: Take a picture, print it and file it in a binder before taking the poster off the wall. Teacher and students can refer to the binder even if the anchor chart isn't on the wall. Brilliant.
