I've tried this and it actually works! When you get your berries home, prepare a mixture of one part white or apple cider vinegar and 10 parts water. Dump the berries into the mixture and swirl around.

4.28.2014 - This was super easy, fast, and tasty. Will totally do it again. Made a couple changes though..... Used Quorn for the meat, used black and pinto beans instead of kidney, and used vege broth instead of meat broth. Can be made GF as well if GF noodles were used.

Guacamole Salad: avocados, yellow & red bell pepper, black beans, corn, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime zest & juice --- add taco meat and chopped lettuce for an amazing salad!!!

Ingredients 1 glass of water (12-16 oz.) 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional) 1 packet White Stevia Powder (Optional) Directions Blend all ingredients together
