Lemon Parmesan Pasta: 1/2 lb angel hair pasta, 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cooked and chopped, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, 2T butter, zest and juice from 1 lemon (3T), 1/2c grated Parmesan, 1/2c reserved pasta water, 1/2c milk. In lg. skillet, Sauté garlic in butter and set aside. Cook pasta. Put pasta in lg. skillet and toss with all ingredients.
