Linguine+with+Clams+-+Amateur+Gourmet. This is a really good basic to get you started. 1) Make sure you have shaved Parmesan on hand, for serving...also, 2) USE MORE GARLIC, & 3) I added some chopped tomato to the recipe for visual appeal. 4) serve with crusty French bread. 5) Tip, make a lot of the "sauce" (white wine, water, butter) because it really gets absorbed by the time you re done cooking this dish, and you want to have enough to go round for everybody's plate clam
