Smell so good when baking! Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels: 1 (16 oz) bag pretzel twists, cup veg oil, cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon. Preheat oven to 300. Pour pretzels into a roasting pan. Cut or pull the top and bottom circles from the orange/tangerine. Then slit between two sections and roll it out. MIND BLOWN.

Fruit chips – Slice a pear or apple as thinly as possible. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 275 degrees for one hour. Then flip and bake for another hour. Baked Banana Chips – Slice a firm banana and toss in fresh squeezed orange juice. Bake in the oven for one hour, flipping halfway through.

These are a great quick treat that are fun to make and eat. I first had these on a collage camping trip and still make them for myself and my daughters. Wrap in foil and place in the coals of a camp fire for a special camping treat. Or for a quick snack at home they can be made in the oven. Make as many as you want at one time.

Parmesan Yellow Squash: Line baking sheet with tinfoil. Slice yellow squash thinly and place in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic salt, and grated parmesan. Broil in oven until lightly toasted.
